THREE CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION OFFERED
  • Pump Certification:
    • Three Courses required:
      • Pump Hydraulics - Understanding pump hydraulics, read pump curves, cavitations, piping design and types of pumps.
      • Pump Rebuilding - Problems with the ANSI design pump, power end rebuilding upgrades and record keeping.
      • Root Cause Analysis - Analyzing pumping systems, analyzing rub marks, cavitations signs, and mechanical failures.
  • Mechanical Seal / packing Certification:
    • Three Courses Required:
      • Mechanical Seal I - Mechanical seal basics, terminology, design, materials, installation, rebuilding and environmental control guidelines
      • Mechanical Seal II - Mechanical seal applications, environmental control specifics, troubleshooting and failure analysis
      • Packing / Gasket - Material selection, application, installation, and troubleshooting (pumps and valves)
  • Rotating Equipment Certification:
    • Two Certifications required:
      • Pump Certification
      • Mechanical Seal / Packing Certification
